In My Hands was recorded as a side project while the band was working on the release of its first EP "La Boussole" (The Compass). Like all first Regeneration releases, it features member of The Wailers Aston Barrett Jr. on drums. The song has a grounding roots groove, airy harmonies and uplifting lyrics, all strong characteristics of the Regeneration Roots Reggae vibration.
